If for some reason the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as the item arrives. We will ONLY consider replacing and/ or providing store credit if we are contacted within 3 days of receiving your package and item is still in its original brand new packaging. ****** NO REFUNDS

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at foreverlucerosboutique@gmail.com and we will contact you with the information of where to send it. 

You are RESPONSIBLE for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item Shipping cost are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you are shipping an item over $25, it is highly recommend that you should consider trackable shipping or purchasing insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please save all tracking information provided by the selected postal service. Therefore, you are RESPONSIBLE for items lost during shipping.
